Of the first 50 detached villas that have been built, only 7 are still available, but we can still offer you 3 models in different colors. The Villa Lavanda model is a marvelous independent villa, all on one floor of 112.21 m² built. Open 7 days a week. In short, everything you need to live very comfortably with incredible weather without the hassle of the coast surrounding you during the summer months. There is a public medical center 2 minutes by car and a huge hospital in the city of Lorca, just in case. You will also find that the cost of living in this part of Spain is inexpensive. And an hour or less to the international airports of Murcia and Almería, less than two hours to a third one in Alicante, a much bigger one with destinations all over the world. In Lorca, there is a bus and train station. The high-velocity train will take you fast anywhere in Spain you want to visit; it will soon be working, I can't wait.
