Discover this bright and modern villa in Jávea, a short drive from the beach and all amenities. Upon arriving at the property, we have the option to enter from two streets; from the lower street, we access a covered parking area for one vehicle and open parking for two, and from the upper street, parking for one vehicle with flat access to the house. Upon entering the villa, we are greeted by a hall, perfect for welcoming our guests. A bright living-dining room, leading out to the terraces and the pool. The spacious kitchen is open concept with an island and an adjacent laundry/storage room with access from the parking area.
