Your Data Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us to act on the personal data we hold about you. Choose the type of request below and we will respond without undue delay and within one month, as required by law.

The rights you can exercise

  • Access: receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data where there is no overriding reason to keep it (Art. 17).
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data, including for direct marketing (Art. 21).

We respond to all requests within one month, in line with GDPR Art. 12(3). If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
